For several last weeks, I was so into this Facebook game. After before only login just to play Angry Birds Friends at Facebook, now almost all my Facebook time is spent by playing this Marvel Avenger Alliance game. What so good about this game? well, from the gameplay it's not new, from my experience it's almost like another popular Facebook Game : Ninja Saga.

What special from this game is that the character is Marvel Superheroes. From Captain America, Spiderman, Iron Man, Wolverine and still much more. The newest addition is Scarlet Witch. So, I who grown idolize the superheroes really excited when find this game.

Like another game, Leveling our char is quite essential to reflect our stat. more higher the char stat, more easier to finish the mission or playing with another player at PvP. Several days ago Playdom the publisher of the game release Mission 8 after a long wait of it.

New villain is added, but the most anticipated is the Epic Boss. As you all know Epic Boss is unlock when you have finished all the task at that particular Mission. Here there is Epic Boss at Mission 8.5 with The Hood as the Epic Boss.

When you win againts him, you will win quite a lot exp to upgrade your agent level. But to got there again you must finish quite a lot task. Here where the trick is, Don't Win yet just purposely lose.

Why? cause the exp this epic boss give when we lose quite a lot. At level 87 I got 180 exp for just losing. Now i'm currently at level 99.. nice huh?

You still have the first generation of iPhone 3G and hate your iDevice since it still got iOS 3 and when you've updated it to iOS 4 it got terribly slow? well, this simple trick can help you make it run faster in iOS 4.

The cause that iOS 4 is slow in your iPhone 3G is because that iOS 4 has so much feature than iOS 3, Where a lot of it we can't use in iPhone 3G or even better, we never used it anyway such as sync mail and stuff like that.

The main problem lies in daemon, or we Windows user usually called it "Startup Entry". there's lot of addition in iOS 4 that'll make your iPhone 3G got really limited resources. In Windows environment we can just run 'msconfig' and uncheck any startup that we didn't want.

Can we use that method in iPhone? sure we can, although it not that simple. In Fact this trick can be used in other type of iPhone, but lets focus in iPhone 3G.

I assume here you've already jailbreak your iPhone since it already didn't have any warranty after all.

Here some simple trick that I found :

Open Cydia and go to 'Manage' > 'Sources' and add new sources with link

after you add it, search and install App called "Disable Daemon" then restart.

You'll notice some real speed improvement now.

In WordPress 3.3, there is feature auto embed for video site such as YouTube and Vimeo. If you have try and can't do it, there's several way you can do.

I'm a quite game addict, if there are games I'll play it. from Console type like Sony Playstation 1, 2, 3, Sega, Nintendo generation, XBox, to Online game such as, WoW, Point Blank, and also Social Network based Games like at Facebook, Google+. the last type one is the most interesting since it's can allow us to play with friend with easy, sending gift, coin and much more we can do in Social Network based Games.

Just got headache from the slow access with my SE xperia mini Android OS handset. The access speed even when I just want to just slide the phone menu here and there, it's really laggy. Even though i have installed setcpu apps to make sure that my cpu clock speed do not drop at all, the laggy still showing so i know the problem is not from the CPU. After analyze for a moment I know that the problem lies from the Memory Card I use, the speed from the Micro SD is really slow.

To make thing worse, I have a lot of apps installed at memory card to save some space at my internal memory. So I browse through the Internet to find a way to optimize my Micro SD, and luckily got some apps to automate the process. But since I'm the kind that more like to do it myself, I search again for the manual way and again luckily found the way.

To do this trick your Android-based phone must be rooted cause this trick will change some system file. First you must browse at your root drive and go here :

sys/devices/virtual/bdi/179:0

Edit the "read_ahead_kb" file with your favorite file editor, here I'm using root explorer since my fave file explorer since "Symbian" Nokia era don't know why can't edit the file. What this file work for I haven't got clearer info, but from lot of forum discussion This file responsible with the memory card speed access. It's like buffer size or something like that.

There you'll see the content is 4, It's represent 4kb. well the rest is easy you can change it with more number but make sure that the number is represent the kb multiplier. I use 1024, 2048, 3072, 4092.

But don't think that with more number you'll got more speed, it's doesn't work that way. you must test it first before you got the most efficiently fast for your device and you memory card. to test it I'll use "SD Tools" app that you can get it free from the Market. As I stated before I decided to use from four number that is 1024, 2048, 3072, 4092. So let us test it out now.

First I'm using 1024 and the result I got is :

Write Speed : 8.9

Read Speed : 17.9

Secondly using 2048 I got :

Write Speed : 7.5

Read Speed : 15.3

Third using 3072 got :

Write Speed : 7.9

Read Speed : 21.2

And, finally using 4092 got the result :

Write Speed : 5.5

Read Speed : 18.7

From above speed test I decided that I'll use 3072 since its got the fastest Read Speed. Even though the Write Speed is beaten by 1024 with difference 1.0 MB/s but the difference at Read Speed much bigger with 3.3 MB/s differ. And actually since I'm needed to accelerate the Read Speed  more, I think I'll stuck with it.

But dont think that it'll same case as your device. every Device and every Memory is unique so feel free to run your own test since now you know how to do it. But remember, the content will go default to 4 again if you restart your device so make sure you backup the file first so if you needed again just copy-pasted it. Well, you can use apps to do this, but at least with this you'll save several precious kb space at your device.
